Who I am and what I do.
I graduated as valedictorian from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and have spent over 10 years as a chef. Alongside my culinary expertise, I’ve invested over 1,000 hours studying personal training and the human body. This unique blend of experience allows me to offer well rounded, expert guidance in both nutrition and wellness.
